Today Tash & Natalie reunited John with his friends at Apuldram. John’s parents founded the charity along with other parents of children, now adults, with learning disabilities. Jon spent many happy years living here and it was great to take him back with some of our residents to learn more about his past. Thank you everyone for a lovely afternoon.

As part of our reminiscing project Tash took some residents to Stroud Evening WI , which she belongs to, for coffee and cake for their open day. Both Mavis and Brenda were members of WI in their home towns before they moved to us. At 92, Mary is even considering joining one ! It’s never too late to meet new people !
