                                            Do you often neglect yourself and your own needs by helping or caring for others? Do you not give yourself enough "me time" to relax and unwind after a busy week? Are you struggling to maintain a healthy work life balance? 
There comes to a point where we are constantly on the go , we begin to become overwhelmed, stressed and burnt out. 
Burn out has a negative impact on our mental, emotional and physical health, so it is important listen to what our body wants and needs by taking some time out to relax and do the things we enjoy doing. 
Symptoms of burn out to be mindful of:
*Feeling tired or drained most of the time
*Feeling helpless, trapped and/or defeated
*Feeling detached/alone in the world
*Having a cynical/negative outlook
*Self-doubt
*Procrastinating and taking longer to get things done
