The reason we exist and how we evolve, is because I created something I wish existed, when I was struggling, wanted support, inspiring, and quality self help.

The Nurture Map itself was created from a low moment, listening to myself and what I needed, whilst burying my head research and study of many areas including neuroscience, holistic psychology, and embodied psychology.
When it started growing, and had a moment people were asking me how I was improving, I realised it could help other people too. Creating something I wish existed, and for me, it became the foundation of how it would evolve and how it supports others.
It's also encapsulated by our four cornerstone approachability, accessibility, applicability and affordability. We've just taken this one step further by launching the new Nurture Portal and dismantling access to quality, self help, personal development and wellbeing support.
Not only that we've created a patronage model, separating cost from access. This means you can access the Portal and everything it has to offer for free, and there are lots of ways you can support us in building this ecosystem of support.
