I used to be THAT girlâŚ
I once thought that a âdietâ had to mean extreme restriction,
Fad diets,
Cutting out carbs,
No chocolate absolutely evvvuuur,
(or any of the things that bring me joy lol).
Iâve said it before and Iâll say it again,
For most of you, your diet SHOULD have carbs in it.
Itâs one of our main sources of energy in the body,
So why would we need to cut them when if weâre trying to lose body fat,
We probably actually need MORE energy to complete our daily activities, right?
You donât need to cut carbs - you SHOULD actually be eating all of the food groups.
What you need is some structure.
Itâs not all restriction and the monotony of plain chicken breast and green veg.
So yeah, you CAN lose fat eating carbs.
A carb free life ainât one I can get behind, and it ainât one that helped me
(or any of the 100âs of women weâve coached here at LBC).
