MY TRANSFORMATION

A big take for me here is that I haven’t lifted weights for about 4 months.
I have focused on understanding the body more and how it functionally should move. And also making some new movements up as I go.
The way I teach yoga now is mixed with functional movement.
Trying to engage with muscles that we underuse and relieve the ones that we over use. Trying to get everything working together.
This helps improve posture and alignment.
Giving you more energy, strength, freedom and healthy joints.

Really got a lot from this practice today. It was nice to just practice in a place with no instruction and getting adjusted 🙏🏻❤️

I have done some training with Julia in the past and love her knowledge and teaching.

It’s definitely one to take advantage of while she is home for the next few months.

30 minute Yoga session followed by 60 minute sports massage, cupping and sound healing to finish.

Had to adapt today because the client came in with a hangover 🤷‍♂️ so we opted for some Yin Yoga 😂
It’s not recommended to come in for a treatment hungover but the way 😂

And great conversation 👌🏻

FOREARM PRESS-UPS 🤦‍♂️

These are so challenging but so rewarding. It wasn’t that long ago that I couldn’t get on out.

Goes to show where practice and consistency takes you.
