Winnie’s birthday this week along side my mother in laws, meant a meal out and a few slices of cake which did have an impact on calories over the weekend

The scales are moving up and down right now and I know why, adherence with calories hasn’t been as accurate as it needs to be, so this week head is down and ticking the boxes off.
Only thing planned this week is a friends evening Thursday which includes a meal out everything else can be on point.
I haven’t lost as much weight as I wanted in this fat loss phase but I massively under estimated how hard it would be this time round. The main thing is I am feeling so much better and clothes are feeling nicer on.
One week left of this first fat loss phase pp and I would like to just break the 60s before a mini diet break
