❌ No! Our club is for everyone—all ages, all fitness levels.
Is it a weight loss club?
❌ No! While some members do lose weight, our focus is on health and wellness. People join for many reasons—improving health, coming off medication, increasing energy, boosting sports performance, healthy ageing, or simply learning how to stay healthy.
Do I visit a class?
❌ No! We’re a drop-in club, open 6 mornings a week, so you can come when it suits you.
Do I get support outside the club?
✅ Yes! Every member is assigned a personal wellness coach and is added to our online support groups for extra guidance and motivation.
Can I come in and find out what it’s all about before committing?
✅ Absolutely! We offer a FREE Wellness Evaluation and Club Tour so you can see how we can help you reach your goals.
