Amy has achieved some truly amazing results, and we couldn’t be prouder of the effort and consistency she’s shown throughout her journey.

Since starting, Amy has lost an incredible 22 kg and reduced her overall measurements by 144.5 cm. Alongside the weight loss, her body fat has dropped by 8.5%, her hydration levels have improved by 5.4%, and her visceral fat has reduced by 4.5 — all fantastic indicators of improved health and wellbeing.

What’s even more rewarding is how Amy feels throughout the process. She shared:

“My skin has gone much clearer”

Amy’s transformation is about more than just numbers. It’s about building confidence, improving health, and feeling great day to day. Her dedication, commitment, and positive mindset have made a huge difference, and these results are a reflection of the hard work she’s put in.

Not everyone who joins us, is here for weight loss and Hannah is a perfect example of that. 🙌

Hannah joined us to make sure her daily habits were as healthy as they could possibly be so she can feel amazing, look after her body, and maintain her weight long-term. It’s about building a lifestyle that supports how you want to feel every day.

Since getting started, Hannah has made some brilliant changes to her routine including cutting out crisps, cake and biscuits and the results speak for themselves. Her skin is glowing, her hydration has improved, and she’s even reduced her metabolic age by 5 years! 👏

Along the way she’s also lost 3kg, dropped 36cm in measurements, and reduced her body fat by 2% all while focusing on building sustainable habits rather than chasing the scales.

Proof that when you prioritise your health and habits, everything else starts to fall into place. So proud of you, Hannah! 💪✨

Rhian is absolutely smashing it! 💪✨

Just two reviews in and the results speak for themselves. She’s down 8kg, dropped 61cm in measurements, reduced body fat, and even gained 1.2kg of muscle, an incredible transformation already!

What makes this even more impressive is that Rhian has achieved this while navigating real life. She’s had a week’s holiday abroad and has also returned to work after time off for surgery, yet she’s stayed focused and consistent with her habits.

Not only are the numbers changing, but Rhian has said she’s no longer snacking and isn’t feeling sluggish anymore, which is exactly what sustainable progress looks like.

From day one, Helen committed to showing up for herself, and her consistency and determination have truly paid off. Week after week, Helen has stayed focused on building healthier habits and making choices that support how she wants to feel in her body and in her life.

Simon has made fantastic progress and it’s clear that the habits he’s building are really paying off.❤️

One of the biggest improvements has been how consistently Simon is hitting his protein target. By focusing on protein with each meal, he’s supporting muscle retention while losing body fat, which is reflected in the increase in muscle mass alongside the drop in weight and body fat.

Outside of nutrition, Simon has also increased his daily activity levels. He’s been keeping busy with DIY projects at home, which is a great way of staying active without it feeling like structured exercise. These extra movements throughout the day really add up and support his overall progress.

Perhaps the most important shift Simon has made is his mindset. As he noted on his review board, he is “listening to his body when hungry and eating the right things.” That awareness is a key skill for long-term success and shows he’s building sustainable habits rather than relying on short-term fixes.

What’s been most impressive about Gerry’s journey is how he’s found a healthy balance in his lifestyle. He’s still enjoying his holidays, meals out, and the social side of life, but he’s learned how to bring in the right level of activity and good nutrition to support his goals.

It’s not about restriction, it’s about building habits that work in the real world. Gerry has stayed consistent, trusted the process, and the results speak for themselves.

Great review for our lovely Marie this week! 🌟

Marie is doing an amazing job maintaining her results while balancing everything around her lifestyle. Instead of chasing perfection, she’s focused on what truly works for her ans thats consistency. And that consistency is paying off.💪🏻💪🏻

One of the promises Marie made to herself at the start of 2026 was to stay committed to her journey. That meant attending club three times a week and never missing her review appointments. So far, she’s doing exactly that, and it’s making a huge difference to her progress.❤️❤️

By showing up regularly, checking in on her goals, and staying accountable, Marie is proving that sustainable results come from building strong habits over time. Her dedication is a great reminder that small actions done consistently lead to big results.🥰🥰

For those who don’t know me 🤍

I’m a mum of two girls and a wellness coach at Croxteth Park Nutrition in West Derby Village.

Six years ago, I started exploring the idea of Nutrition Clubs because I wasn’t feeling fulfilled in my teaching role.

After the first lockdown, I joined a Nutrition Club for my own journey while developing my coaching… and what started as an idea turned into a business I absolutely love.

I now have 8 Nutrition Clubs in my organisation, and later this year I’ll be celebrating 5 years “retired” from teaching 🙌

The last few years have been all about finding my feet as a business owner — and helping others do the same 💫

I love travelling and showing the world to my girls, and I’m so fortunate that my business allows me to do that.

I’ve been weight training for a few years now, and I’ve recently set myself a few challenges for this year that I’ll document on here… so watch this space 💪✨

What a review for our fabulous Helen!

Helen has made some amazing lifestyle changes:
• No more snacking between meals
• Drinking much more water
• No longer reaching for a glass of wine every day

And she can really see the difference around her stomach — with around 13 inches lost from her tummy area.

One of Helen’s big goals was dropping clothing sizes, and she’s already smashing that too:
👖 Now wearing size 18 jeans
👚 And this month she fitted into a size 16 top!

From starting at size 22/24 to already hitting size 16 in some clothing — Helen is absolutely flying and building habits that will keep these results for the long term.

So proud of the work she’s putting in 🙌
