So farewell then to my Yoga pants which have served me throughout my Yoga career. Managed to split them attempting the posture on the right on my best attended teaching session of the year!?
Luckily it happened right near the end...😖😳🤡

Yoga is back!
Starts Saturday 13th Sept. £8 for a one hour session or special Autumn offer of 6 sessions for £40. Shake off those post summer blues with a bit of mindfulness for the body and spirit.

Time for a reboot. I've lost the squiggley font and gone for something more classical looking. Also stripped out the wordage too. Felt the need for something more austere and refined. 🤨
