This lovely lady wanted to improve her definition and restore her lips. A little nervous pre-treatment but found that a full dental block allowed her to relax throughout!

Thinking of having dermal fillers but due to have your vaccine?
New evidence shows an increased risk of inflammation and swelling in patients who have had or are planning to have dermal filler treatments after receiving the Covid-19 vaccination.

❕This doesn’t mean you should you delay your vaccine if you’re called for, but it does mean you need to consider when to have any dermal filler treatments.❕

So what are the recommendations?
🤍 Do not undergo soft tissue filler procedures 2 weeks prior to your planned vaccination date or within 3 weeks of having it.
🤍 Do not attend for treatment if you have symptoms consistent with Covid-19 or are suffering with ongoing symptoms from previous infection.
🤍 If you develop any reactions following your treatment contact your healthcare practitioner at the earliest opportunity.
🤍 And as always, ensure that whoever is providing your aesthetic treatment are medical health professionals, appropriately qualified and insured.

What a difference! 🤩
How does this work? A small amount botulinum toxin placed in just the right places effectively calms those hyperactive muscles that pull the lip so tight, creating a beautiful smile and the appearance of a ‘juicier’ lip without the use of filler! 👄
