Breathing is a necessity of life that usually occurs without much thought, and, on average we take more than 8 million breaths a year.
But, if we are feeling anxious or stressed our breathing can become rapid and shallow.
Deep breathing can help in managing anxiety, low mood and stress, while also helping to improve sleep.
So what’s not to love about that 🥰
Join me at between 6.30pm and 7.30pm on Wednesday 24th January when we will work on deep belly (or diaphragmatic) breathing, use our breath to guide us in some gentle movements and, most importantly, spend a glorious hour escaping from the stresses and strains (and storms) of everyday life.
