Mental Health UK completed a burn out report, which suggested that;
- up to 91% of adults in the UK have had high or extreme levels of pressure or stress in the last year.

Spring is just round the corner (even if the weather might beg to differ!) and a lot of us in the office are getting excited about a proper spring clean! We know how much a big clean can free up our headspace. It might feel even more necessary just after half term!
