Yesterday Right at Home UK joined other social care providers across the country to participate in Providers Unite’s Day of Action to stand together and call for critical reforms and voice our vital role in society.

The social care system is key for supporting the NHS and keeping people safe and well in the community, enabling them to live independently and prevent unnecessary hospital stays.

We urge the government to act and prioritise the thousands of people who rely on our support to ensure they can continue to receive the quality care they need and deserve.

Today is World Alzheimer’s Day, an international campaign to spread awareness and challenge the stigma surrounding this condition, and other types of dementia.

At Right at Home, we have seen first hand how our Clients living with dementia can live fulfilling and enriched lives. This can be enhanced further through the support of Carers, families, and dementia-friendly groups and activities.
