Online Transformation 📈

In just four months, we’ve seen significant increases in strength and muscle mass paired with a decrease in body fat.

Mark completed a 3-day fast, and from being unable to run due to knee pain, to completing a half marathon, and is now getting ready for his first full marathon in October.

He doesn’t miss a session and is always doing more than asked. His nutrition is now on point being balanced, unrestricted, and still enjoying food.

Well done brother!
