You see here my body has change
Hormones have fluctuated
But do you know what hasn’t changed??? My value, My Worth and who I am as a a person
During our lives we will have changes in body shape/size
During a menstrual cycle..yourbody will change
Can we just accept this as OK and stop commenting on women’s bodies and shut the f**k up - thanks

Things you probably didn’t know about your instructor (from my point of view):

✨ I sometimes feel self-conscious standing at the front of the room.
✨ I show up with a smile—even on the days it’s hard to find one.
✨ Covering a class for someone else can be really nerve-wracking.
✨ I struggle with body-image, too.
✨ I give you every bit of my energy, even when my own tank is running low.
✨ Your smile in class? It genuinely warms my whole day.
✨ I have tough days and heavy moments, and I still show up for you.
✨ You might be my sixth class of the day—but I’ll never let you feel like it.
✨ I care about you—not what you wear or how you look.
✨ When you come back week after week, it means more than you know.
✨ I get imposter syndrome sometimes, just like anyone else.

A little reminder:
Be kind to your instructor. Throw them a smile. Remember that behind the mic, the music, and the energy… they’re human too. ❤️

Teaching Pilates brings me a kind of joy that’s hard to put into words. There’s something deeply fulfilling about guiding people to connect with their bodies, breathe with intention, and discover strength they didn’t realise they had. Every class is a reminder that movement can be both powerful and gentle, challenging and nourishing at the same time.

Watching my class members grow more confident, move with greater ease, and carry that awareness into their lives outside the studio is what makes this work so meaningful to me. Pilates isn’t just what I teach; it’s a shared experience of presence, progress, and care—and I feel incredibly grateful to be part of that journey every day.
