PauseRecover St Helens Pause.Recover. is an independent organisation of people in recovery from substance misuse (peers), who are helping others into recovery. PAUSE.RECOVER.

We provide simple, high quality mutual aid, led by peers and focus entirely on behaviour. has been developed by people who are recovering from addiction. It is based on what works, and taken from the best evidence we can find – our own experience. It is also combined with the best evidence from behavioural science. is all about building a better life.
