✨️I'm back! ✨️

It's just over a month until The Reiki Room's 1st birthday! 🥲
And I feel like I have some explaining to do!

While The Reiki Room has still been here this whole time (and thank you to those who've still been booking in!)
The socials have been extremely low on my list of priorities due to a very hectic year in our personal life - Plz disregard my new years resolutions 🙃
The main thing being my (not so) new job which I'm loving 🤓
I will be updating the booking system regularly in line with my working hours so you'll have to be quick as spaces will be slightly more limited than they used to be ✨️🫶
I do also have another little treat which I've been working on to add to the list of services soon so keep an eye on that, might even make it a Reiki room birthday surprise 👀🎂
Thank you again to everyone for sticking with me as I carry on trying to navigate this first year which is insisting on giving me a mental breakdown ☺️

On Wednesday's we do self care 🤌

Self care doesn't always have to be a 20 step skin care routine or running a marathon a week, they can be little moments in the day where we do something just for us!

✨️VIBRATIONS✨️
Working on raising the vibration we give off has so many benefits to our mental and physical health and it doesn't have to be difficult🤯

What do I mean about raising your vibration?
We go about day to day giving off a vibrational frequency in our energy field, this can be compromised by coming into contact with many things.. other people, situations or even certain places. (You know that feeling you get when something or someone just doesn't sit right with you?.. yeah that)
So what can we do? Here are a few easy tips to keep you going and have fun with between sessions.. ✨️🫶🌿

I just wanted to take a moment to say I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and wishing you all the best for the New year ahead! ✨️
I also wanted to say thank you so much to each and every person who chose me this year to be a part of their healing journey, I hope to see you all, and lots of new faces, in the New year as we continue to grow! 🌱
As we go into the New year we tend to look back on the year we've had, give thanks to what we have recieved but also reflect on the things we could have done better/ differently. I want to take this opportunity to encourage people to be kind to themselves, you've made it this far, up to now you have overcome everything thats stood in your way whether you realise it or not, you've obviously done something right so celebrate your achievements big or small! 👏
Mine is social media! I promise I'll be better at it next year 😂
If we go into 2025 with love we can't go wrong ✨️🥂💕✨️
