Everyone meditates differently as we are all different..some can visualise entire galaxies whilst others struggle to connect with that form, some like music and relaxing tranquil rooms whilst others prefer to connect whilst gardening or walking through the woods.
There are so many options out there when it comes to introducing meditation into your life. Have a play around with them all, you don't have to just stick to one technique either if you have found a few to be beneficial..at first though you could try a different technique for a couple of weeks at a time recording what does and doesn't work for you.
