2 x 6 week courses for 8/10 women (funding is for woman but growfit is gender neutral)

Mix of group learning and knowledge and low impact physical movement.

Wednesday 23rd April - 28th May
12.15pm- 2 15pm

Thursday 24th April- 29th May
6pm - 8pm

What is the GROW FIT Programme ?

Welcome to Grow Fit – a unique 6-week empowerment course designed to help individuals become more confident, assertive, resilient, and self-aware.

Each week, you’ll join a supportive group of likeminded people for 2 hours of inspiring connection and personal growth, with the option to stay for a powerful movement class, including dance, chair yoga and strength training, because some confidence comes from within!

Whether you’re looking to speak up more, set boundaries, feel more grounded, or reconnect with your body, Grow Fit is your space to grow your best self.

The whole course is really about growing into your best self — whatever that looks like for you. You don’t need to have any experience or come in with anything figured out. Just a willingness to show up for yourself and give it a try.

Boundaries what are they?

Believe it or not majority of people don't know what boundaries are or how to implement them into thier life. It is true we have to be assertive to set boundaries for oursleves. It takes putting yourself worth, needs and safety first!

This is not selfish!

It's never to late to set boundaries for yourself and show others how you wish to be treated.

Setting boundaries early, consistently and speaking up when these boundaries are violated is best for prevention of further damage to our mental and physical wellbeing but this isn't always possible.

We have patterns of behaviour that we have held close since childhood. Trauma wounds, attachments to external sources so it's not always that easy. For both the one setting the boundary and the receiver.

It's takes free will, compassion, understanding, respect, effort ans most of all communication.

We are all unique and will all have individuals boundaries physical, emotional, and many more and these needs can change regularly depending on our life circumstances, chapters, vaules, self awareness.

We do get a choice! Speaking up for ourselves does take alot of effort, persevering with what is good for us and makes us grow and feel our best sleves.

FEAR is what stops us. The unknown, abandonment, rejection, I need to fit in, judgements from others, financial, need for connection and lack of confidence. Amongst more reasons.

What is on the otherside of FEAR though? GROWTH! Self acceptance, purpose, meaning, wisdom, SELF LOVE, generational wealth, healing for ourselves, family and friends.

MIND OVER MATTER! TAKE A CHANCE!

If you have people who challenge you, inspire,support you, walk with integrity and want the best for you then stick to them like glue!! Because they are RARE!

You are not alone, there are billions of people here on earth so go find your people who align with your soul and respect you and vice versa! 💯

Practice what you preach! Be a positive example!

How can we inspire others to live happier and healthier lives if we are oursleves are not consistently progressing or growing in mind and body.

Personally I seek out others who I can inspire yes! But also those individuals who are were I want to be, who have had the courage to take risks, leaps into the unknown and have grown beacuse of their bravery! People who I can look up to and learn from, ask questions and gain knowledge.

You are the average of the 5 people who you spend your time with! Little reminder! 🙌🙌

WHEN EVERYTHING IS FALLING A PART...

But is it?? Sometimes we think because things aren't working out that our life is without purpose, we are failing. So we push and push, we hold onto that resistance because we don't want change or we think we can control it (haha nope!) Let's be honest change is scary. The unknown? The challenge of building something new.

Life is here to be lived!! To grow and to be fulfilled, what we were meant to be put on this earth to do!

We must be brave, we must take risks because that's when it happens! 👌✨️🙌

It's uncomfortable, yes of course it is but that's because your mind is telling you not to. It wants to keep you safe and comfortable so it doesn't have to experience these necessary feelings in order to grow but your soul knows what it must do!

Believe me though unless you take a leap it will eat away at you! It will be relentless. Until maybe the choice will be taken out of your hands for your own benefit! It's happened to me in each chapter of my life!

How do you know?
You will lose passion for what you used to love
You may have done some inner work and you have more self worth and want more!
You maybe bored
Things are falling away
The people around you see you differently or you them

Whatever your feelings just do something! It doesn't matter if the door doesn't open it probably wasn't meant to! Your doors will open without you even knocking! That's how you will know!

Let your energy attract was it meant for you!

READY TO LAUNCH AND TEST 🚀😊

Part 1 of my BRAND NEW PROGRAMME 😊😊 so excited!

What is GROW FIT MOVEMENT AND STILLNESS ?

This part of the programme is to connect the physical body with mind and soul.

All Classes are medium pace to help you grow and sustain 💪

Dance MOVEMENT - 6.40pm - 7.10pm
( trainers or comfortable shoes)

Strength MOVEMENT - 7.15pm - 7.40pm
(Varies strength and tone equipment provided )

Awareness in MOVEMENT- 7.50PM - 8.20pm
(Can take part on chair and mat or stay seated throughout, darkened room with projector lights for a relaxed environment 👌stretch and relax )

Class price £5 per class or all 3 for £10!

Suitable for all fitness levels, genders and ages
