We can’t wait to welcome the fabulous Pennie to Liverpool Yoga Festival tomorrow, for two glorious sessions after the lunch break ☯️
Pennie will be chatting about ‘The Nature of Impermanence’, with a Mindful Meditation, followed by the Gayatri Mantra Chanting & Breath ✨

Laurie - Opening Ceremony 💜 ✨
Welcome - this
angel is going to be opening the day with a blissful sound experience; movement and ecstatic dance 💃
This is going to be a heart-led ceremony where we will move into playful revelation & cosmic connection with our bodies, exploring the subtleties of our inner worlds through embodied movement, breath & sound. Sounds magical doesn’t it?! 🪄

Sacred Performance - Emma 🎤
We can’t wait to welcome to bring her angelic frequencies and sacred song to Liverpool Yoga Festival 😇
Emma will be adorning the lunch arena with music of other realms,weaving frequencies of the angels into prayers of deep love and devotion for Mother Earth, and the sacredness of all existence 🌏
Emma emits her voice through heart expansive sounds of the guitar, flute, harp and handpan. Creating a myriad of frequencies that will take you on a journey deep within yourself. Invoking remembrance of who we truly are ♥️

Helen - Rocket Yoga 🚀 Say hello to pocket-rocket 👋
She will be kickstarting the days yoga sessions with an energising, Rocket inspired practice, helping you cultivate your inner power, playfulness and boost your mood ✨
She’s a wonderful teacher and yoga teacher trainer, and you may recognise her from her classes and rocket workshops hosting in studios across the city 🙏 We can’t wait to have her at Liverpool Yoga Festival at ✨

Liverpool Yoga Festival is back 🧡

Join us for a full day of nourishing and healing at a yoga retreat in the city!

You may know us from our events at the Isla Gladstone but this time we are going to grace the spaces at Ten Streets Social, transforming a rustic warehouse and garden into a pop-up sanctuary of healing and wholesome vibes 🧘

Liverpool Yoga Festival 2023 will take place from 10am - 5pm and is guaranteed to bring you relaxation, restoration and a positive experience surrounded by kindred spirits.
