A gorgeously cosy venue up in the Yorkshire Dales, surrounded by rolling hills and beautiful views! The perfect place to re-set, retreat and fill your own cup up.

This 2 night retreat will feature daily yoga, nourishing home cooked food, optional leisurely walks, lots of relax time and use of optional hot tub and indoor private swimming pool! You will leave feeling revived after a those long Winter months and ready to move into the Spring season which won’t be too far off!

𝙉𝙐𝙁𝙁𝙄𝙀𝙇𝘿 𝙃𝙀𝘼𝙇𝙏𝙃 𝙇𝙄𝙑𝙀𝙍𝙋𝙊𝙊𝙇 or Greens as I still call it 😍😂.
Felt like I needed to do a little post on this great place as taught my last Friday there this weekend 😢! I have been teaching Friday eves now since 2019 and “Greens” as been in my life for 20 years as I worked on reception part time back in the day when I was at Uni!

Such a great gym with an amazing community…so lovely seeing members and staff that were there when i worked on reception 20 years ago!
I couldn’t find any pics except this one (i always forget to take them), this one which was taken when i went off on Maternity at the end of 2022-since then i’ve class shared Friday eves with the gorgeous who has been a dream to class shared Fridays with-thanks Kel!

So sad to give this one up but it isn’t working going forwards for me with times etc, i will still be covering when i can (helping out in Oct with cover)! And the lovely Beth will be taking over my Fridays going forwards sharing with Kelly!

Just wanted to say thank you to all of the members who have been coming every week for so long now to my classes it’s honestly been the best seeing you on the mat every week-also biggest thank you to for giving me the opportunity to teach here 😘🫶

Love a little quote! This one always stands out to me…I bang on about this in class on a regular basis so apologies to my regular students here i go again 😆

This is another of the many reasons why yoga is so powerful…Yoga forces us to slow down and breathe deep..when we do this it activates our parasympathetic nervous system (the system that regulates our stress response-ie we relax). It signals to our bodies we are safe and so the body lets go and relaxes.
When it relaxes you can move and stretch so much more. This is where the magic happens in yoga, you feel it when you take that deep breath in and then you move into the pose that bit more deeply as you exhale and let go..tension melts away both physically and emotionally.

It’s so true when the body is at ease the mind follows 🤍
