Claire - 07935569664 I have struggled with my weight all my life and after having my 2nd child decided now was the time to take control and when he was just 8 weeks old went along to a Slimming World class with a friend. I was so scared, of the scales mostly! I think I was in denial about my size and was disgusted with myself when I saw how much I weighed, but do you know what I was never judged in the class! Joining the class was the best decision I have ever made! I have always struggled with my weight and was fed up of being “the fat one” and feeling so self-conscious! Like a lot of people, I had tried to lose weight so many times before by following numerous diets but they never lasted long because I’d always get tired of restricting what I ate. I thought I was destined to struggle with my weight for the rest of my life and could only dream of being a size 10 like my friends, but when I came to Slimming World it was different and so easy! It’s just so easy to follow, works for the family and I can still eat Chocolate every day! I cannot express how much this has changed my life! Running after my 2 young Son’s is now no longer a strain but a pleasure!! I have changed my life forever and It’s a privilege for me to be able to pass on the experience, insight and understanding that helped me, so that I can give my members the support they need to get to target and feel as fantastic as I do!! As a slimmer myself I know how hard it can be and I couldn’t have lost 6 stone without my Consultant and my group. Sharing recipes and other ideas, and overcoming disappointments as well as celebrating success were all part of the journey, so there’ll be lots of support, encouragement and fun at my Slimming World group.
