Hands up if you have ever tried to lose weight alone and failed 🙋‍♀️
Hands up if you have always felt hungry when trying to lose weight 🙋‍♀️
Hands up if you found the food you were eating was boring 🙋‍♀️
Hands up if the word exercise scares you 🙋‍♀️

I know all of these things were true for me. But a friend asked me to go along to Slimming World with her and I thought ‘oh here we go again’ but boy was I wrong. I found a family of people that supported me along the way on my journey and loved every bite of food I ate, never felt hungry or deprived and found my true fit.

Exciting planning session with my manager this morning. Who would of thought there were so many business opportunities in my area 🤩

Air Fryer Pancakes
*For when you don't want to miss out on the family fun of Pancake day*

makes 6
2 Syns each
ready in 15 minutes plus 30 minutes resting
vegetarian

What you need:
❤️60g plain flour
❤️75ml skimmed milk
❤️3 large eggs
❤️½ tsp of almond or vanilla extract (optional)

What you do:
1. Put the flour, milk and 25ml water in a bowl or jug along with the eggs and flavoured extract (if using). Whisk until smooth and lump-free, then season with a little salt and put in the fridge to rest for half an hour.

2. Heat your air fryer to 200°C. Ladle a sixth of the mixture into 1 of the holes of a silicone pancake mould and repeat to fill the holes (we could cook 3 pancakes at a time in ours). Cook in the air fryer for 3 minutes. Loosen the edges with a spatula and flip the pancakes over, then cook for another 2 minutes.

3, Once cooked, slide the pancakes onto a plate and keep warm while you cook the rest. Serve with your fave toppings – we went with the flavours of a cherry bakewell, using a handful of defrosted frozen cherries, some fat-free natural yogurt and 1 level tbsp flaked almonds (the almonds add 4½ Syns per serving).
