I’ll be honest, I used to be all about the cardio.
Classes, running, keeping busy but not really lifting weights properly.
And for a while, I thought that was enough.
But it wasn’t until I started strength training consistently that I noticed the real changes.
✔️ My body shape changed
✔️ I felt stronger in everyday life
✔️ My energy improved
✔️ I felt more confident in myself
And now? I have made a commitment that I won’t go back.
It’s one of the reasons why I’m so passionate about helping other women, especially 45+, get started with weights in a way that feels safe, supportive, and actually enjoyable.
Because I know how daunting it can feel walking into a gym if you’ve never done it before.
