Setting Intentions for the Month Ahead
At the start of every month block, we take a little time to pause, reflect, and set our intentions for the month ahead.
This evening’s yoga class focused on balance, calm, strength, and a good stretch and I made sure to weave each of these intentions into our practice. The feedback after class was it truly ticked all the boxes! ❤️
