First 2 community sessions of the year ✅

Women’s session ➡️ then a mixed session.
Over 45 people in one place, across 2 hours, in -3° temperatures 🥶

And still… people turned up.
Still showed up for themselves.
Still brought the energy.

The vibe was unreal 💬⚽
This is what community, movement and connection look like.

Thank you to everyone who came along — this is only the beginning ❤️

In the past hour we have been made aware of charges brought against one of our former facilitators and we have took immediate steps to make sure this person will be nowhere near our organisation in future.

We take the vetting of our facilitators extremely seriously and that’s why since we started all facilitators are people we know personally or have been group participants for a certain period of time so we get to know them on a personal and professional level.

We take participant safety very seriously and is always our number one priority, the despicable and disgusting acts committed by this person has came as a massive shock to everyone.

We will be making no further comment on this matter.

We’re proud to announce Kick Mental Health as the Official Wellbeing Partner of West of Scotland side Lanark United Football Club 🤝

This partnership reflects a shared commitment to creating a player-first environment, where mental wellbeing is prioritised alongside physical performance.

Through this collaboration, players and coaches at Lanark United will have access to:
• Consistent mental wellbeing support
• Confidential one-to-one check-ins
• Personal development tools
• Long-term strategies for confidence, resilience, and mindset.

By embedding support within the club environment, we’re helping players feel supported both on and off the pitch and helping them improve beyond football.

A big thank you to everyone at Lanark United for trusting us to be part of the journey. We’re looking forward to building something meaningful together.
