I am offering a brand new therapy called LIFT 💚
This has been designed, studied and adapted mainly from 15 years of working from a counselling , spiritual and creative background
It is suitable for everyone , all ages and backgrounds and can be adapted to suit the individuals confidence, healing and growth in all areas of mental health and well-being
As a transformation coach I am offering you the opportunity to really change your life for the better in so many ways.
By completely exploring YOU verses EXTERNAL circumstances that tap into your energy field,
we can source what shuts down your progress and begin to really take back your personal freedom from a place of self love and care
I’m sure for most , the covid pandemic has shown us much about ourselves and others during the lockdown period?

First offering (if you are new to spiritual awakening)
If you prefer ,can begin with a spiritual guidance reading
This will take around 1 hour one to one sitting with myself and the cost is £30
Alternatively if you know exactly what areas of change is needed and you are ready for working on the LIFT programme
We can arrange a first consultation meet to start the ball rolling for the same cost of £30
This will also be a 1hour one to one sitting
