Just a wee online booking & payments update…

As you know, I use Fresha for my booking system and this works really well…Fresha have updated their policy and have started to charge a monthly subscription fee on top of the client fees I already pay.

Moving forward, I’ll continue to use Fresha for bookings… but as I’m now paying monthly I have decided to make the most of the services they offer which means you may be asked to add your card details for speedier checkout payments (alternative methods are still available) and for my protection against late cancellations and no shows… which often get left unpaid 😞…

Just a reminder that there is a 24hr cancellation policy, cancellations within this period are charged at 50% of treatment cost and no shows are charged at 100% of treatment costs.

Thank you for your cooperation & understanding, as a small business and my only source of income your support really means a lot 🫶🏼

Hello, just a wee update… going forward and due to changes in circumstances I’m have to significantly reduce my days/hours , I know this is going to affect a lot of clients and I’m sorry 😔.

Appointments outwith my new working hours, will be available via direct messaging me and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.

This will not affect any appointments that have already been booked, your current appointments still remain.

I’ve also had to take Full Body Massages off the menu just now, I’m having issues with pain and weakness in both my hands , trying to give them a rest and see if that helps & have a Dr’s appointment so will take their advice going forward. It’s unfortunately a common problem in this line of work 🥺. Hopefully it’s just temporary 🤞🏼
