Life can get overwhelming — even when we love what we do.

This holiday has been a powerful reminder of the importance of rest, reflection, and reconnection.Just like in hypnotherapy, creating space to pause and reset is where true healing begins.

All these resonate with me but by far the most important for me is getting a good sleep - we simply don’t function as well - our tolerances are lower and we can deprive ourselves of critical REM sleep 💤 allowing us to process and consolidate events of the day and further back.

Sleep is so vital - make it your priority 🛌🥰
