Hi there!
I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who has followed me on this page. I am just starting out as a yoga teacher and it means so much to have your support.
If you don't know me yet, I became a yoga teacher last year, with my 200 hour Yoga Scotland qualification. I am still studying for my 500 hour one and have a few assessments to get through over the next few months. I study in Edinburgh along with a bunch of really great fellow students!
I am running classes on Monday and Thursday morning at Cill Mhanach Wellness Studio and Bellsquarry Village Hall respectively. I hope to do more classes once I get through my assessments. My classes are for all levels and you can expect a more gentle and nurturing class, with many options to suit everyone. I like to break down the poses to allow time so that you can really find your own yoga practice.
I'm also a wife and mum of two fantastic teenage girls. I like cycling and walking outside, swimming and doing yoga of course!
