- Start your week feeling good with Monday Morning Hatha Yoga at the beautiful Cill Mhanach Wellness Studio, Seafield, West Lothian. It will set you up for the week. You will leave feeling more balanced and ready for anything.
- Come and join me for Thursday Morning Hatha Yoga at Bellsquarry Village Hall, Livingston, West Lothian. You will feel great! It will help improve mobility, bring freedom to joints and muscles and peace to your mind and soul! 🌸
- All levels are welcome at both classes. It’s a Hatha style Yoga class. This involves gentle movement and holding the poses for a few breaths. There may be some gentle breathwork as well. Along with a 5-10 minute relaxation at the end to release any tension and feel grounded.
