- Start your week feeling good with Monday Morning Hatha Yoga at the beautiful Cill Mhanach Wellness Studio, Seafield, West Lothian. It will set you up for the week. You will leave feeling more balanced and ready for anything.
- Come and join me for Thursday Morning Hatha Yoga at Bellsquarry Village Hall, Livingston, West Lothian. You will feel great! It will help improve mobility, bring freedom to joints and muscles and peace to your mind and soul! 🌸
- All levels are welcome at both classes. It’s a Hatha style Yoga class. This involves gentle movement and holding the poses for a few breaths. There may be some gentle breathwork as well. Along with a 5-10 minute relaxation at the end to release any tension and feel grounded.
- Come and join me in the lovely Cill Mhanach Wellness Studio on Mondays or at Bellsquarry Village Hall on Thursdays. Both classes at 9.30-10.30. It’s ONLY £7 a class which you can use at any class. You can book online at www.yogawithtasha.co.uk. Photography by KK Photography

Hope you’re all doing well. Sorry I’ve been a bit quiet — there’s been a lot going on behind the scenes lately!

I’ve had lots of enquiries for the festive season and I now have very limited availability for the rest of the year.
Just a wee note that I’ll be in Lanzarote ☀️ the first weekend in December, so appointments that weekend are not possible.

Join me for a special Christmastime yoga session followed by some cake and a wee blether with some like-minded souls. Just what you need at the start of the Christmas week. It can be a busy time and that is exactly why it is vital to take some time for yourself. To give yourself a bit of breathing space before the craziness! This yoga session will focus on poses for digestion. These will be useful over the festive period! 🍰
The class is in the beautiful Cill Mhanach Wellness Studio in Seafield, West Lothian, EH47 7AL. The cost is £10. Please DM to book a spot. Places are limited. There is a stunning seated area where we can relax afterwards and enjoy cake & a cuppa 🧁🩷

Metta Meditation or Loving Kindness Meditation is a lovely practice to cultivate mindfulness and concentration. It’s an opportunity to practice bringing the mind away from wandering thoughts and back to the present moment by focusing on the words.
You can begin by directing the loving kindness to yourself, “May I be happy…” Then think of a loved one, “May you be happy…” Then think of a person you know only a little bit, a shop assistant, neighbour or a posty. Finally, you might practice this meditation with focus on a person you find it difficult to love. This is the most difficult part, so go gently. 🙏

Warrior I or Virabhadrasana I is a foundation yoga pose to feel strong and powerful in. The front leg is bent, with the knee above the ankle, and the back leg is straight. 🎄 Christmas is coming and it can get a little bit busy in the run up. This can either send me into panic and stress mode or I can get super focused and mindful.
🧘‍♂️ Take time to slow down for a moment before it all begins. Just to move, breathe and check in with yourself. Trust me, your body and mind will thank you.
🍰 There will also be time afterwards to enjoy cake, a nice cuppa and connection with some like-minded souls.
