I’m not anti-social media — I’m just intentional about where my energy goes. 💫
Most of my teaching, sharing and rambling happens in my weekly newsletter, not on Instagram.
That’s where I talk honestly about movement, rest, stress, self-kindness, running a small business, and how I try (and often fail) to practise what I teach. ⚖️✨
It’s also where I share what’s happening inside my Happy Yoga Online Membership — a growing library of on-demand classes for real life, real bodies and real humans, plus the pop-up classes, workshops and retreats for anyone who wants to join the fun. 🐶🙏🏼🎉
