We run courses in Year 7 and 12 and practice the principles in our pastoral and discipline structures. Our U6th hot desk at the prestigious Hill Dickinson Law Firm today learning mediation skills as part of their 6th Form leadership training programme. The day was presented by TalkingWorks who gathered professional mediators as coaches and Robert Still as Lead Trainer. The pupils were trained in key skills and role played conflict scenarios to mediate. It was a huge privilege to be part of a TalkingWorks programme and hosted in such a professional environment overlooking the Mersey.
