As i connect to my higherself i hear the word
Change.
Change is inevitable, change happens on a daily basis weather we're aware of it or not. But along with this change its happening on a more deeper level. We're raising are frequency, moving up a dimension and the veil is thinning. Your probably more aware of energies around you(spirit) that uncomfortable feeling when your alone in the room, or that overwhelming feel of happiness for no apparent reason. It's happening and we're experiencing a massive shift. These may bring along with them headaches, sleepness nights, digestive disorders, and feeling of being off balance. This is completely normal as we move higher into the 5th dimension, drink plenty of water, get plenty of rest and eat fresh foods, this will make the process more comfortable for you . Thank the source as we evolve in the most beautiful way they have planned for you all along.
