The exercise every runner ignores (but needs).

Letโ€™s break this down. Many runners are told that more mileage or stretching is the key to staying injury free, but that advice is often outdated. Real resilience and performance come from progressive loading, control, and confidence building through strength-based rehab.

The myth of โ€˜core stabilityโ€™ in back pain.

Letโ€™s break this down. For years, people have been told that fixing back pain is all about strengthening the core, but that idea is outdated and overly simplistic. While a strong core can help, recovery truly depends on progressive loading, building confidence, and retraining both the body and the mind to move without fear.

I worked with a client who had spent months doing endless core exercises but still struggled with stiffness and pain.
