✨ Lynsey is one of those women who just gets it. She’s supportive, thoughtful, and always the first to offer a kind word or a helping hand. Her energy is infectious and she has this brilliant way of making everyone feel instantly at ease.
We’re so lucky to have her in the Seren group!

✨A Bit About Lynsey:
Lynsey runs The Baby Cloud Cardiff, in her studio in Cardiff Bay, she hosts baby development classes from birth to walking. These sessions are all about creating magical, memorable moments in those early days – and they really are something special.

Each class is packed with connection, joy and all the sensory magic you could hope for – baby massage, yoga, music, props, bubbles, parachutes and lights – all delivered with real care and attention to detail.

Her classes are often sold out for the term ahead, and it’s no surprise – the parents she supports absolutely love her.

She’s kind, genuine, and always happy to support others – whether it’s sharing advice, cheering someone on or simply showing up with a smile. Lynsey’s the kind of person who lifts the whole room just by being there.

It's this week and did you know that the leading complication of childbirth isn’t physical - it’s mental?

1 in 5 mothers experience a maternal mental health disorder, including depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, along with feelings of guilt, loneliness and isolation.

And among certain groups of mothers, that number is even higher.

Maternal mental health statistics are sobering and with the weight of heavy emotional toll, symptoms are far too often invisible to those around the mother..

Some mothers face even further risks with soaring rates of anxiety, depression, and postpartum psychosis.

Have you heard of 'Mothers Matter' .
They are a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing Pre & Postnatal Mental Health support services to women, men and their families. I myself have used their services in the past after the birth of my last baby to which I will be forever grateful for 🙏
