I’ve created a full-day REST retreat designed to help you slow down, regulate your body, and gently release what’s been building up.
This isn’t about pushing yourself or trying to “fix” anything.
It’s about:

✨ reconnecting with your breath and body
✨ letting go of what’s been holding you back
✨ and building trust in yourself again
We’ll move, breathe, release, and reset together in a really supportive and relaxed space—ending with a powerful cold water experience and deep rest.
