Sleep is not a luxury — it’s one of the body’s most powerful healing tools.
In this episode, I explore how rest itself becomes medicine, especially for a nervous system shaped by trauma, chronic stress, or emotional overload.
We gently look at why poor sleep can intensify emotional sensitivity, overwhelm, and reactivity — and why true rest is essential for the brain and body to process, soften, and release what no longer needs to be carried. This conversation invites a shift in how you relate to sleep, not as something passive, but as an active, restorative process that supports deep healing.
The episode also includes a calming healing meditation designed to help your body settle, your mind unwind, and your system feel safe enough to truly rest.
You don’t have to push harder to heal.
Sometimes, healing begins when you allow yourself to rest.

There is a quiet exhaustion that comes from caring deeply — especially when you’re the one others lean on.
In this episode, I explore what it truly means to hold space for pain without losing yourself in it.
Many of us are empaths, caregivers, parents, therapists, leaders, or simply deeply compassionate human beings. And while our capacity to care is a gift, it can also become a source of burnout, emotional fatigue, and self-abandonment when we don’t know where we end and others begin.
In this conversation, I gently unpack the difference between empathy and over-identification, why the urge to fix often comes from our own discomfort with pain, and how presence can be far more healing than solutions. We also explore the importance of emotional boundaries — not as walls, but as a way to stay connected without breaking.
This episode includes a grounding, restorative meditation to help you reconnect with your center, replenish your nervous system, and remember that you are allowed to care without collapsing.
You don’t have to carry what was never yours.
You are allowed to be present and protected at the same time.
With love,
Dr. Evette Rose 🌿

There is a unique kind of ache that comes from longing for a mother’s presence, comfort, or love — even when she did her best. In this episode, I explore the emotional imprint of the mother wound, how it shapes our nervous system, our relationships, our sense of worth, and the surprising ways it shows up in adult life.
Together, we’ll gently unpack what rejection and emotional misattunement can create inside us… and what reconnection really means. Healing doesn’t require reconciling with your mother — it begins with reparenting yourself, meeting your unmet needs, and remembering that you were never “too much” or “not enough.”
This episode also includes a deep, soothing healing meditation to help soften old imprints and bring warmth, safety, and compassion back into your heart.
You deserve to feel wanted, seen, and loved.
Let’s take this step together.
With love,
Dr. Evette Rose

Emotions Impacting Right Breast 💔
I’ve found that right breast challenges often reflect unresolved emotions with your father, or the pressure of being strong and holding it all together when everyone needs you.
If you’re always in fight mode, your body might be saying: “Love can’t thrive in anger.”
This message is close to my heart. If this resonates with you, know you’re not alone — and healing is possible.

Have you ever noticed yourself pulling away just when things start going well — in your relationships, your career, or even your healing? You’re not alone, and there’s a reason this happens.
In this episode, I explore the deeper emotional and nervous-system patterns that make receiving feel unsafe, even when we consciously want more love, abundance, and ease. We’ll look at why self-sabotage is not a flaw but a protective strategy — and how to gently shift these responses so your body can hold more goodness without fear. You’ll also be guided through a soothing healing meditation to help your system relax, open, and feel safe to receive again.
✨ You deserve the life you’re calling in — let's help your body believe that too.

As an Author, Life Coach, Trauma Release Practitioner and Personal Development Teacher Evette Rose strives to support people in their healing journeys. She is the founder of Metaphysical Anatomy and Rapid Growth Healing Technique. Evette is best known for her work in helping people to resolve trauma from their past and freeing them to live successful and fulfilling lives. Evette’s work is drawn from personal experience moving from a difficult past into a well-balanced life and career. She has traveled around the world twice and taught personal developments seminars in more than 43 countries and helped thousands of people world wide.
Evette learned many techniques to powerfully shift the trauma of abuse, until she hit a wall and stopped getting results. This is when she realized that trauma does not necessarily start in our life, there is ancestral, conception, womb and birth trauma that also has an impact on our emotional and mental state.
As a result of discovering her own healing ability along with what she learned over the years she completely changed her life. She felt inspired to share what she learned with those who were ready for big breakthroughs and transformation and started to write her books, support clients and host personal development seminars. As she progressed through her healing journey and after years of research she discovered that she was also able to heal people by helping them to gently release and resolve old traumas by applying what she learned along with her own natural healing ability. Her healing work heals ancestral, conception, womb, birth and childhood trauma as well as traumatic events that took place in ones adult life. She is highly gifted and well equipped for helping and supporting her students and clients throughout their healing journeys in ways that brings permanent and satisfying results.
Evette is the author of three books. Her original work, Finding Your Own Voice relates to her experience in overcoming the trauma of abuse. Metaphysical Anatomy was written to support alternative practitioners as well as guide the general public to sharpen their skills, knowledge and self-help techniques. Writing her books has helped Evette to reach people in need of support, love, comfort, clarity as well as someone to relate to. She shares her experiences with the world with the intention that it will help provide people with support where they need it most.
Her philosophy is that we, as the human race, are not destined to live our lives in pain due to past trauma or abuse. We suppressed our ability to complete and heal trauma naturally and as a result our true identity is influenced by trauma.
During Evette’s seminars and client sessions she assists her clients and students to gently heal and complete old traumas with miraculous, deep and powerful results. People often forget that trauma is something that happened to them, it is not their identity.
