The results of the annual National GP survey are out and we are all very proud of our results. 🎉

Some highlights:

⬆️ We exceeded the national and locality averages in all of the parameters measured

🤗 99% of those who responded found our reception and admin team helpful - the highest in the locality

👂🏻95% say the healthcare professional they spoke to was good at listening to them during their appointment

🩺 48% say they usually get to see or speak to their preferred healthcare professional. This doesn’t sound very high but we have worked very hard on this to improve on last years 25%, and are now above the national and local average on this. More work to do.

📈 93% described their overall experience of the GP practice as good. This is an increase year on year.

It also places us second amongst all St Albans and Harpenden practices (well done Grange Street 94%)

We are very happy with these results and a huge thanks to all of you who filled out this survey back in March.

We are not perfect and will continue to try to improve our services to you.
