Both are rigid, sometimes ish brain for both except the trainer hyper-focuses on controlling self under stress and the anxious puppetmaster loses focus control under stress. Both might also have or demand compulsion (trainer) or demand dysphoria (puppetmaster). Could also be lost, , or conditioning making rigidity increase and sensitivity go all-or-nothing as defense mechanism under attachment stress.
