The eyes are often the first place we notice change, and one of the hardest areas to treat well.

That mix of hollowness, puffiness, fine lines, and crepiness isn’t just a cosmetic concern. It’s often a reflection of deeper changes happening beneath the surface, shifts in bone, fat, and skin quality that subtly alter how light moves across the face.

Understanding the true anatomy of tired-looking eyes is key to treating them properly.

It’s not about chasing shadows or filling lines, but addressing what’s really causing the fatigue, restoring support, strength, and radiance in a way that still feels completely natural.

Here’s what’s really happening beneath the surface, and how we can bring life back to the eyes, without changing their expression 👉🏼

Not all injectables are created equal, and understanding the difference between them can completely change how you approach your skin.

While both skin boosters and biostimulators work beneath the surface to improve skin quality, they do so in very different ways.

One hydrates and restores radiance; the other rebuilds strength and structure. Together, they represent two sides of modern regenerative aesthetics, immediate glow and long-term resilience.

Let’s break down what sets them apart, who they’re best for, and how to know which one will get you closer to your skin goals ➡️

The colder months expose every weakness in the barrier, and it is often the moment people suddenly realise that their skin needs a different kind of support. That is exactly why I was delighted to share my insight with on how to repair and protect the skin barrier through the winter season.

So many people assume that tightness or dryness automatically means their barrier is damaged, but that isn’t always the case. Often, skin simply needs a shift in strategy as the environment changes.

For me, barrier health is the foundation of everything. When the skin is supported properly, it becomes calmer, stronger and far more resilient to the stresses of cold weather, central heating and over-exfoliation. And the glow that comes with a healthy barrier is one of the most beautiful, natural signs of skin wellbeing.

If your skin tends to struggle through the winter months, what is the one thing you notice first? Let me know below - I would love to hear your experiences 🤍

Filler has come a long way from its early days, when treatment meant simply chasing lines and filling folds.

Today, it’s far more sophisticated. It’s about understanding how the whole face changes over time and restoring balance, structure, and light in a way that looks effortless.

This new era of filler isn’t about adding volume for the sake of it, it’s about anatomical precision, subtle support, and harmony.

The goal is no longer to correct, but to reconnect, bringing your natural features back into focus while keeping your expressions entirely your own.

Here’s how filler has evolved, and why the most beautiful results now come from treating the face as a whole, not just the wrinkles we see on the surface 👉🏼

I am so pleased to be featured in , sharing expert advice on one of the questions I am asked most often: how to achieve a genuine, healthy glow that actually suits your skin type.

There is so much noise in the beauty world about glow products, quick fixes and filters, but true radiance starts with understanding your skin and giving it what it needs. In the feature, I spoke about how oily, dry and balanced skin each behave differently, and why knowing your baseline is the first step to choosing products that enhance rather than overwhelm your complexion.

Oily skin is not something to fight, but something to understand. Excess sebum, especially in the T zone, can make pores appear larger, while dry skin can look tight, dull or flaky when it is not supported properly. Normal skin sits somewhere in the middle, with a naturally smoother texture and an even tone when it is cared for consistently.

Helping people decode their skin and make sense of what will truly make a difference is something I am deeply passionate about. It is always a privilege to share clear, expert guidance in a space that is often crowded with confusing advice.

Thank you to Hello Magazine for inviting me to contribute to this feature and helping more people feel confident in their skin.

I'm delighted to be featured in Stylist magazine, sharing one of my favourite simple yet powerful steps for healthier, calmer skin every day.

There is so much conversation about complicated routines and trending ingredients, but often it is the subtle, supportive steps that make the biggest difference to your skin barrier. That is exactly why I spoke about hypochlorous acid mist, a product I recommend to so many of my patients for its ability to soothe inflammation, support healing and keep the skin balanced.

Hypochlorous acid is something our own immune cells naturally produce, and when used in skincare, it can reduce redness, calm sensitivity, and even help minimise breakouts. It is gentle enough for almost every skin type, yet effective enough to genuinely strengthen the barrier. For acne-prone skin, post-treatment skin or simply skin that feels reactive or unsettled, it can be transformative.

I am so passionate about demystifying skincare and helping people understand what actually works, and it is always a privilege to share that message with a wider audience.

Thank you, Stylist, for including my advice in this feature 🖤

Started to notice your jawline softening, a little sagging under the chin, or skin that just doesn’t feel as firm as it used to?

These are some of the earliest and most common changes we see as collagen levels decline.

For many, surgery feels too invasive, and traditional tightening treatments don’t quite go deep enough.

That’s where Endolift comes in, a laser-based treatment designed to lift, tighten, and contour the face from within, with minimal downtime and no general anaesthetic.

Here are five signs that Endolift might be the treatment your skin has been asking for, and why it’s become one of my go-to options for redefining the lower face and neck, naturally 👉🏼

Such a proud moment to be featured in magazine, sharing my insights on one of the most meaningful topics in aesthetics - post-partum self-care.

So many women experience changes in their bodies after pregnancy that can impact how they feel about themselves. Skin laxity, loss of firmness, or stubborn fat pockets are incredibly common, yet rarely spoken about in an open, empowering way.

In the piece, I spoke about how treatments like Endolift and regenerative therapies such as polynucleotides are helping women restore not just their skin, but their confidence, all without the need for surgery. These treatments work to tighten, strengthen and rejuvenate the skin from within, supporting healing in a natural, gentle way.

For me, post-partum aesthetics is about care, not correction. It’s about helping women reconnect with themselves, feeling strong, confident and comfortable again in their own skin.

Thank you for featuring me ❤️

There’s a new generation of laser treatments redefining what skin rejuvenation looks like, and LaseMD Ultra is one of the most impressive.

It’s not about resurfacing your skin to the point of downtime or discomfort. It’s about stimulating renewal from within, improving tone, texture, and luminosity in a way that feels natural and restorative.

This is one of my go-to treatments for patients who want visible, meaningful improvement in their skin quality, but still need to be back to their normal routine the next day.

It fits beautifully within a regenerative approach to aesthetics: gentle enough to enhance radiance, powerful enough to rebuild collagen where it matters most.

Keep reading to discover why I love this treatment, how it works, and the kind of results you can expect 👉🏼

Great aesthetic results shouldn’t be obvious, they should simply make you look like you, on your best day.

These are the treatments I reach for when a patient says, “I don’t want to look different, I just want to look better.”

They’re gentle, regenerative, and designed to work with your skin rather than against it, improving hydration, firmness, and radiance without changing your natural features.

It’s the kind of refresh that people notice, but can’t quite pinpoint, the quiet confidence that comes from healthier, stronger, more luminous skin.

Keep on reading to discover the treatments that do exactly that, the subtle science behind looking rested, restored, and effortlessly fresh…
