A three-week residency at in Haggerston, introducing you to BAM method - a carefully curated, research-backed lunchtime *reset*... to get you feeling like the afternoon is a whole new day 🌻

Hosted at a creative workspace , we were inspired to ditch the desks, slides and projector to sit on the floor, with only natural light, to connect as a group and as individuals - who were very much deserving of a little breathwork and mindfulness reset!
