When you bounce back from a near fatal surgery and get in the shape of your life 💪

12 weeks work through the cutting phased wrapped up for here 👊

Before starting, was feeling lost with his training. Spinning he’s wheels, felt completely out of routine, and not really working towards anything…

Coming from an almost fatal surgery and torn ACL, to us getting clear on the game plan, setting the initial frameworks around training nutrition and lifestyle to take back control and build this condition is nothing short of inspirational

Now in incredible condition and feeling 10x the guy he was before

This was after 16 weeks total training time, starting with an 4 with priming phase to set the foundations, followed by a 12 week cutting period to pull in condition 🎯

When you do things properly, this is the level of result you can achieve… It’s not about just heading straight into a heavy diet, or winning the entire process and hoping for the best

Getting in great shape is 90% cutting out crap that doesn’t matter and focusing on a handful of factors that actually make a HUGE difference

You’re too busy worrying about 10 different things that make a 0.5% difference

While ignoring HUGE pillars of getting in great shape, dropping fat, and improving your health & fitness that actually work

I’ll call it out here though… it’s because you’re looking for something to blame/some other reason that’s holding you back

Eating better
Effective consistent training
Quality sleep
More overall activity

Most guys don’t have time to spend hours in the gym or train 6 days per week… this doesn’t mean you can’t achieve a solid physique

If you train 4 days per week, here’s exactly how I’d structure each session 💪 Save this post to follow this program on repeat

Push 💪: 2-3 sets of 6-12 reps
DB lateral raises (3 sets)
Shoulder press machine (3 sets)
Flat DB bench press (3 sets)
Cable flys (3 sets)
Dips (3 sets)
Tricep extensions (3 sets)

Pull 💪: 2-3 sets of 6-12 reps
Wide lat pull down
Wide grip seated row
Single arm DB row
Reverse pec deck
DB bicep curls
Cable hammer curl

Legs 💪: 2-3 sets of 6-12 reps
Leg press
DB walking lunges
Seated leg curl
Seated leg extension
Leg press calf raise

Upper 💪: 2-3 sets of 6-12 reps
Incline DB press (3 sets)
Machine Chest press (2 sets)
Close grip pull down
Neutral grip cable row
DB shoulder press
Cable lateral raise
DB hammer curl
Cable overhead extension

16 weeks work and in the shape of his life 💪

Before getting started Matthew struggled to understand how to structure his training and nutrition, and felt lost with his structure and routine

Pair that with a hectic work schedule as a dentist, this is when the body fat started to build, clothes didn’t fit right, and things were starting to slip

Keeping it simple, there are 4 phases to completely transforming your body and this is the process I walk all our guys through:

▪️The priming phase
▪️The dieting phase
▪️The reverse & maintain phase
▪️The performance & building phase

Treat each phase individually and stop winging the process and you’ll be able to build an unbelievable physique.

So many times I see this ignored (From other coaches as well) and guys just try to hack away at the process with little to no direction and wonder why they see no progress for their efforts

✅ Fat loss phase complete, body fat dropped, routine dialled in, lean tissue built, coming through in the best shape he’s ever been in
