Getting into a routine of practicing Yoga can be difficult that’s why we, as Kuula have some great tips to help you get started:

1. Leaving your mat out serves as a daily reminder to take some time out of your day and spend some time on your mat.

2. Practicing as soon as you get out of bed saves you from the dreadful term “procrastination” AND seeing as your mats already out, you’re already halfway there😉.

3. Sleep in yoga friendly pajamas, that’s going to save you time from having to first change into an appropriate outfit.

4. Have a glass of water on standby so you can hydrate and get into your session straight away. As opposed to dawdling around the kitchen and getting distracted.

5. Follow an online class. This last one Kuula has got your back with because we’ve got a ton of yoga teachers on the platform who can help make your journey easier☺️.

You are warmly welcomed into a nurturing and meditative space to bring relief from menopausal symptoms and sow the seeds for redefining your life or radical transformation during these incredible years. Ceri integrates ancient yogic breathing practices and restorative, supportive yoga asana (postures) with yoga props, bolsters or blankets, and all things cosy. A place to honour your highest self and acknowledge the changes that may be happening during your menopause, where you will be seen with opportunity to be heard.

As an experienced facilitator in the subtle art of circling, these sessions open with a themed check in prior to practice, followed by a time of reflection prior to check out and closing of the circle.

“I qualified as a yoga teach in April 2017 and to-date I have received 400+ hours of yoga training , and I am in the process of becoming a 500 hour qualified Yoga Therapist with Yoga Medicine® under the guidance of my teacher Tiffany Cruikshank, an internationally acclaimed yoga teacher and health and wellness expert. Under the Yoga Therapist training I've been able to deep dive into many areas of focus which has led me to specialising in yoga for Women's Health. As women we can experience an array of health ailments and imbalances as we move through our reproductive life cycle and I have discovered various techniques including yoga and breath work that can be used to bring us back into balance and to live optimally in our bodies. I look forward to getting to know you and to have you in my class.”
