I wrote myself a list before I gave birth to baby number 2 which I thought might help me along my postpartum recovery. I look at it every day so I don’t forget to do them and it has 100% helped along the way. It looks a bit like this…

- Set boundaries
- Be honest with people
- Be honest with yourself
- Carve time out for you every day whether it’s just 5 mins
- Don’t forget to breathe
