Spiritual wellbeing:
Just as you seek the best medical treatment to avoid illnesses and improve your physical health and wellbeing, whether that be paracetamol to treat a headache or something more substantial like chemotherapy to treat cancer, so your soul also suffer from spiritual illnesses such as riya, lack of shukr, pride and arrogance, envy, love of wealth.
So for spiritual illnesses needs treatment it's zikhr, prayer, recitation of quran, purely your batin (inside). If you try for one month to make your self pure than you will see the result that you will feel comfortable and sakoon.
