As the year comes to a close our growth has been amazing! Lots of new walks in new areas ultimately supporting more men in need of the support we offer.

This isn’t my official year closing message but a message for anyone that wants to help us grow.

We can’t move forward without the amazing volunteer Walk leaders that help us reach men in their communities with our free weekly walk&talks.

Now if you want to lead a walk in your area abd face a spare hour or two to lead one please do message me.

We are continuing to look at new locations within London and the Home Counties.

Our first BIG walk of 2026 announced

We will be walking from Rickmansworth to Uxbridge (8miles long the grand union canal) Saturday 7th February 10am start! 945am meeting outside the station.

This is open up any man to come join whether you attend our weekly walks or not.
