Please do NOT attend for an appointment if you are unwell. Many treatments are contraindicated if you are unwell; this includes colds, cold sores or local skin infections
I do not treat children or young adults under the age of 18 without prior arrang
ement. Children will not be allowed to accompany you into the treatment room
Out of personal choice I have decided to treat women clients only. All packages are to be paid in full before treatment commences. All packages and treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable
Gift Vouchers that have been purchased are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, they are valid for 12 months. When booking your appointment please state the voucher number when booking the appointment and bring your gift voucher to your appointment
Please arrive on time not early as it is my home, and I do not have a waiting area. Late arrivals of more than 10 mins will get cancelled and deposit will be kept. Deposits need to be paid first in order to secure your booking. In an event you want to cancel and its past 24 hours then you will lose the deposit and have to rebook with a new deposit. If you are unhappy with any treatment you have 2 days to let me no. Strictly no refunds.
