It’s not just for women….

“I knew that lots of Muslim men in particular would assume that Slimming World wasn’t for them – and I was proof that it could be!” Zaheer lost 3st with support from his family and fellow slimmers and gained the confidence to become a Slimming World Consultant himself. He worked with his wife, Afshan, to use Food Optimising principles to adapt their traditional Pakistani recipes so he could enjoy healthy meals with his whole family and share his recipes with members at his group.
