We all have 24 hours a day. It is up to each of us how we will spend that time. We can count the hours until the next day when we hope everything will get better by not changing anything though or we can make every moment count. Time is priceless. You can be rich on so many levels, yet the time you have in this 3D under this identity is a fixed-term contract between you and the Source.
I used to think that only “rich people” are worthy of daily massages and all those beauty treatments... because only they can afford them. Well, I learnt that in order to manifest your goals, to materialise those dreams, you have to drop the resistance wall you have built upon the years that passed and allow the Universe to co-create with you.
I remember how hard it was for me in the beginning to even think of having the prices of a salon because I am doing them from the sacred space of my home and because they have at least a decade of experience to back them up while I only have a year or so. Who would even come at my place to enjoy the magic I have to offer through my healing hands?
As I write this, a large smile widens from one ear to the other. I have always been under the impression that what I have, what I do, what I am... well, it is not good enough.
I have a beautiful house continuously blessed and protected by Angelic Energies. This sacred space is so serene, that every client feels at peace when they come in. I place a great emphasis on the cleanliness and tidiness as this external world is a projection of the beauty within me.
I do massages ever since I was a child... no joke. I loved to go on my mum’s back or on my dad’s legs and just rub places I felt like they were begging for some TLC. Mum always told me I have healing hands. Dad told me I always go straight for the most painful spots. One of my best friends gave me the opportunity to become a Reiki Master under her guidance, but I was not ready then and I thought of it as a joke. She did say that eventually, I will realise this is what I am meant to do. And yes, here I am now, laughing and being grateful for my evolution.
I am a Lightworker, an Atlantean High Priestess (by the readings and past lives experiences I have had done), a powerful manifesting queen (as my coach loves to say), an Earth Angel (as per Kyle Gray’s Angel Cards since I keep on getting it at least a few times a month and a recent quiz from Soul and Spirit magazine - the only mag I read), a Reiki Master (recently attuned) and a holistic health practitioner (I also include the beauty treatments in here as I still use healing while doing tinting or facials).
I am truly blessed to do what I love the most and I want to say to each of you that I trusted in myself and the Universe the most, but my spiritual journey started with self-love. Yes, that includes rituals like massages, facials, Reiki and Crystal healing, EFT, Bach Remedies, etc. Every single day I would do something that would make me feel good and raise my vibration. I believe in the beauty and power of every being on this planet. I am thankful for every blessing in disguise or challenge otherwise said :) and opportunity I have had or will come across in my lifetime. I want to share this with you all. I want to support your self-discovery journey by implementing these self-care rituals into your routine.
So... you see? It is not about “I cannot afford a massage/facial, etc. every now and then because I don’t have the money or I have to buy things for the house, children, etc.”. It is a matter of priorities.
And your first priority has to be YOU.
Because if you are not well, you cannot create a safe and pleasant space for others. You are indeed love and light, a limitless energy, but your body is of this dimension and it requires restful sleep, nourishing foods, proper exercising, meditation and self-care rituals to perform at its best and for your highest good. If your body is nourished, your mind is trained and your soul is imbued in beatitude, your overall performance will sky rocket. So...
