When I started this community it was a reflection of myself;

- Unclear
- Lacking confidence
- Confused and very scared
- Afraid to show up
- Ready to make change but not sure how

As time has gone by and life has thrown experience after experience, the business and I have changed.

I was ready to throw in the towel and start a new business. A new journey and then I thought about you.

This community has expanded beyond just me. It's for you. every single one of you, that has supported the growth of this space and shaped it to be what you need.

At one stage in my life my self worth was non-existent! 

I lacked self worth, self love, self respect and care for myself. 

One small step I took to prioritize my self worth was learning to say NO!

I learned to say no to people taking advantage of my kindness. No to distractions masked as opportunities. No to my lack of healthy habits. No to my limiting beliefs. A whole lot of no’s were said!

When depression was really bad I seriously struggled. 

I struggled to see my worth. 
I struggled to see the value I provided. 
I struggled to see a way out of the mental darkness and heaviness. 
I was searching for a light by desiring external validation, by accepting half truths and scraps of affection. 

Little did I realise I was the light I needed.

I will say the same thing to you that I said to myself at that time, “No one can hand you what you’re already holding”. 

You are the light! You are the spark that kickstarts the fire. 

In case no one told you today, you are stronger than you’ve been giving yourself credit for !!
