Restorative Yoga and Mini Sound Bath, Friday 7.15pm
Restorative Yoga is a gentle, passive style of yoga designed to promote deep relaxation and healing. Using props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks, the body is fully supported in comfortable poses that are held for longer periods (7-20 minutes).
This practice allows the nervous system to reset, helping to reduce stress, lower heart rate and encourage true rest and restoration.
The session concludes with a mini sound bath - an immersive experience using soothing sounds and vibrations to deepen relaxation, support healing and cultivate mindfulness.
Perfect for all ages and levels, including those recovering from injury or managing stress.
