Many young adults with ADHD face unique challenges when transitioning into adulthood. Executive dysfunction, anxiety, and low self-esteem can make it difficult to take on responsibilities, leading to what's often referred to as "failure to launch."​

This phenomenon isn't about laziness or lack of ambition. It's about needing support to develop essential life skills.​

Key Skills for Independence:

Financial Literacy: Understanding budgeting, saving, and managing expenses.
